Heads and Board Members

BETA Engineering Services. has put in place an organizational structure that has the following salient features. The General Manager of the company is accountable to the Board of Directors. Reporting to the General Manager are the Deputy General Manager, and the staff functions of Administration & Finance, Legal Affairs and Quality Management. The line functions of Marketing and Sales, Construction, Oil Companies, Industrial Installation and Electronics Departments report to the Deputy General Manager. Regional offices also report to the Deputy General Manager. Experts, operators and other staff under the functional units are organized under staffing structure arrangement. As of June 2014, BETA has 84 employees. The company has developed personnel policy on the basis of the labor Proclamation. Human resources development policy that involves continuous training of its staff is also in place in order to be abreast of technologies.
